Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- pinch fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice: almond milk, coconut milk, etc
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (vegan option)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients into a jar and mix well to combine.
- Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve cold with garnish of choice.
