Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 1/2 Tbs. prepared mayonnaise
- juice of a half a lemon
- 1/8 tsp. lemon zest (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- lemon pepper for garnish
Instruction
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks into a small bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until they are crumbly.
- Add the mayo, lemon juice, lemon zest and a 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper, and combine well.
- Spoon filling into egg halves.
- Chill and Serve.
