Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups cushaw
- 2 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instruction
- Peel cushaw and cut into ½ inch cubes to total 4 cups.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet.
- Add cushaw and all seasonings to skillet and stir to combine
- Sauté, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, or until just tender
