  • 2 tbsp ghee (can sub unsalted butter)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for spicy)
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (from about 2 lemons)
