Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 chicken breasts (I used boneless and skinless)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (Optional- )

Instruction

  • Combine marinade ingredients into bowl. Stir well. 
  • Score chicken breasts horizontally and vertically to create a cross pattern. 
  • Add chicken breasts to marinade, and let sit covered in fridge for at least 20 minutes, but not more than 2 hours. (If the chicken sits for longer than 2 hours with the citrus juice it gets soggy.)
  • Grill on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees farenheit.
