Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 chicken breasts (I used boneless and skinless)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (Optional- )
Instruction
- Combine marinade ingredients into bowl. Stir well.
- Score chicken breasts horizontally and vertically to create a cross pattern.
- Add chicken breasts to marinade, and let sit covered in fridge for at least 20 minutes, but not more than 2 hours. (If the chicken sits for longer than 2 hours with the citrus juice it gets soggy.)
- Grill on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees farenheit.
