Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup butter, (room temperature)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 - 8 oz cream cheese, (softened)
  • 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 small box instant lemon pudding
  • 5 oz can evaporated milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, (softened)
  • 1/2 cup butter, (softened)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 4-5 cups powdered sugar

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cupcake pan with liners or spray with a non stick spray.
  • Allow the butter and eggs to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
