Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup butter, (room temperature)
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 - 8 oz cream cheese, (softened)
- 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 small box instant lemon pudding
- 5 oz can evaporated milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, (softened)
- 1/2 cup butter, (softened)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 4-5 cups powdered sugar
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cupcake pan with liners or spray with a non stick spray.
- Allow the butter and eggs to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
