Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 diced Granny Smith apples (washed, cored and diced)
- 3 small cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
Instruction
- Add yogurt, mayo and mustard to a large bowl, and mix until well combined
- Stir in the sea salt and pepper
- Add the chicken, apples, lemon juice and zest (if using) and mix well. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to eat
