Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 diced Granny Smith apples (washed, cored and diced)
  • 3 small cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

Instruction

  • Add yogurt, mayo and mustard to a large bowl, and mix until well combined
  • Stir in the sea salt and pepper
  • Add the chicken, apples, lemon juice and zest (if using) and mix well. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to eat
