Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 slices puff pastry thawed
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1/2 cup lemon butter
- 250 g Philadelphia lite cream cheese
- 1 punnet fresh blueberries
- 1/2 lemon zested
- 1 tbs icing sugar
Instruction
- Cut 16 heart shapes from the puff pastry sheets using a cookie cutter.
- Preheat a sandwich press, layer 4 hearts between two sheets of GLAD BAKE and cook, checking regularly, until golden and cooked through. Repeat to cook the remainder of the hearts, then set aside to cool before filling.
- Beat cream cheese and lemon butter until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff, then fold 1/4 of the cream into the cream cheese mixture. Repeat until all the cream is combined.
- Prepare a GLAD Bake piping bag with a star tip. Place one heart on a plate and then pipe cream cheese rosettes to form four layers, ending with a pastry layer.
- Sift icing sugar over the top, then scatter with blueberries and extra icing sugar to serve.
