The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cod fillets
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon melted unsalted butter
- 1 Tablespoon caper
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Instruction
- Season the fish with sea salt and pepper and put them on a lightly greased 6-inch pizza pan (or similar bakeware). Spray the fish with some oil and air fry at 360F (180C) for 6 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix the melted butter, capers, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Pour the mixture over the fish and air fry again at 360F for 180C for about 4 minutes or until the fish becomes flaky.
