Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (get my homemade recipe here)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instruction

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic, Dijon, lemon juice, onion powder, capers, salt and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
