The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (, softened)
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons lemon zest (from about 4 medium lemons)
- 2 large eggs
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 box lemon cake mix (I use the betty crocker brand)
- 1 small package lemon instant pudding
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil ((vegetable or canola))
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup butter ((2 sticks), room temperature)
- 6 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 - 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
