Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 oz large Swai fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine or white wine
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

Instruction

  • Line the fryer basket with a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil.
  • Rinse the fish fillets with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place the fillets inside the basket without stacking and fold the edges of the foil up a little bit.
  • Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of wine over each fillet then brush them with melted butter. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper over the fish and air fry at 380F (190C) for about 6 minutes.
  • In the meantime, mix together the rest of the butter with lemon juice. Then, drizzle this mixture over fish and air again at 380F (190C) for 2 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle some parsley flakes to serve.
