Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 15.25 oz lemon cake mix
- 1 3.4 oz instant lemon pudding mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour bundt pan.
- Blend all ingredients for cake in a large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into bundt pan.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until tests done.
- Cool 25 minutes then invert onto cake rack. Cool Completely.
- In a medium size mixing bowl combine powdered sugar, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Drizzle over cake.
- Store in airtight container.
