Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 15.25 oz lemon cake mix
  • 1 3.4 oz instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease and flour bundt pan.
  • Blend all ingredients for cake in a large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into bundt pan.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes or until tests done.
  • Cool 25 minutes then invert onto cake rack. Cool Completely.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl combine powdered sugar, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Drizzle over cake.
  • Store in airtight container.
