  • 2 1/2 C flour
  • 2 C warm water
  • 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 C unsalted sweet cream butter (melted)
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 lb fresh blueberries
  • 4 C powdered sugar
  • 1½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 large lemon (zested and juiced)
