Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (210 g)
  • 1/2 frozen banana (60 g)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (11 g)
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (grate or use a knife to slice off some of the peel)
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder (30 g)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smoothie and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy with a glass straw.
