  • 1 avocado (mashed)
  • 5 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons plant-based milk ((vanilla or plain))
  • ¼ cup maple syrup ((or agave or honey))
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water
