Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 500g biscuits
- 185g butter melted
- 170g lemon jelly
- 2 tsp lemon essence
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 375ml evaporated milk chilled
- 250g cream cheese
- 4 passionfruit
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 3/4 cup boiling water
Instruction
- Process biscuits to fine crumbs.
- Mix together biscuit crumbs and melted butter or margarine and press into a lined spring form cake tin.
- Place into fridge to set.
- Whip cream cheese and caster sugar until light and fluffy.
- In a different bowl whip evaporated milk well.
- Dissolve jellies in boiling water and add jelly to cream cheese and whip.
- Add evaporated milk, lemon, vanilla and passionfruit and whip.
- Pour over biscuit base and set in fridge,
- Decorate with cream and fruit of choice.
