Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cloves garlic (- minced)
- 2 cups broccoli (- cut into small florets)
- 2 bell peppers (- seeds removed and sliced into strips)
- 3 cups cooked turkey (- cut or shredded into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce ((optional))
Instruction
- Cut up garlic, broccoli, bell peppers and turkey.
- In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add avocado oil. Once hot add in vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Next, add in turkey, coconut aminos, fish sauce and hot sauce. Stir together and continute cooking another 2-3 minutes until the turkey is warmed and the vegetables are starting to soften.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
