Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cloves garlic (- minced)
  • 2 cups broccoli (- cut into small florets)
  • 2 bell peppers (- seeds removed and sliced into strips)
  • 3 cups cooked turkey (- cut or shredded into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce ((optional))

Instruction

  • Cut up garlic, broccoli, bell peppers and turkey. 
  • In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add avocado oil. Once hot add in vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes. 
  • Next, add in turkey, coconut aminos, fish sauce and hot sauce. Stir together and continute cooking another 2-3 minutes until the turkey is warmed and the vegetables are starting to soften. 
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
