Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 cups (8 ounces) leftover turkey, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons sweet relish
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cider vinegar
Instruction
- Add turkey, celery, and sweet relish to food processor fitted with steel blade. Pulse process 8 or 10 times to produce a finer chop.
- Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sugar, and vinegar. Stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve with crackers, stuffed in pita bread, etc.
- Yield: 2 cups.
