Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) leftover turkey, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
  • 3 Tablespoons sweet relish
  • 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cider vinegar

Instruction

  • Add turkey, celery, and sweet relish to food processor fitted with steel blade. Pulse process 8 or 10 times to produce a finer chop.
  • Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sugar, and vinegar. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
  • Serve with crackers, stuffed in pita bread, etc.
  • Yield: 2 cups.
