Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3 -inch knob of fresh ginger (peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch slices)
- 4 Tbsp red or white miso paste (the amount depends on the brand of miso you have - see notes)
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 lb angel hair pasta / spaghetti / fettucini / udon/ ramen works just great (cooked according to instruction)
- 4 cups leftover turkey (I prefer dark meat, but use what you like) (shredded)
- 3 spiced boiled eggs (halved- see notes)
- Japanese pickled ginger
- 2 stalks green onions (thinly sliced)
- 8 oz snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
