Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup panko or breadcrumbs
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 3 cups cooked rotini noodles
- 2 cups cooked leftover turkey ((diced))
- 1 cup frozen peas ((unthawed))
- 1 cup frozen green beans ((unthawed))
- 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup ((undiluted))
- 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup ((undiluted))
- 1 cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, prepare the topping by mixing the panko, parmesan cheese and melted butter until crumbly. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles, turkey, peas, green beans, both soups, milk salt and pepper. Stir until well combined then place in prepared casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese topping evenly on the top.
- Bake in preheated oven, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until the dish is nice and bubbly and slightly golden on top.
- Serve immediately with a side salad or some bread.
