Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup panko or breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 3 cups cooked rotini noodles
  • 2 cups cooked leftover turkey ((diced))
  • 1 cup frozen peas ((unthawed))
  • 1 cup frozen green beans ((unthawed))
  • 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup ((undiluted))
  • 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup ((undiluted))
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, prepare the topping by mixing the panko, parmesan cheese and melted butter until crumbly. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles, turkey, peas, green beans, both soups, milk salt and pepper. Stir until well combined then place in prepared casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle the cheese topping evenly on the top.
  • Bake in preheated oven, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until the dish is nice and bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  • Serve immediately with a side salad or some bread.
