Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 g White Potatoes
  • 2 Medium Leeks
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Puree
  • 240 ml Instant Pot Vegetable Stock
  • 240 ml Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Chives
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes (optional)
  • Ninja Soup Maker

Instruction

  • Clean and dice the leeks. Peel and dice the potatoes. Load the potatoes, leeks, garlic, seasoning and veggie stock into the soup maker.
  • Place the lid on the soup maker and cook on the smooth setting for 25 minutes.
  • Whilst the soup maker is working its magic prep and cook some air fryer potatoes.
  • Add in extra seasoning if needed, Greek yoghurt and do a quick pulse for a final mix.
  • Then serve with some air fryer garlic potatoes.
