Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound pork shoulder (thinly sliced (about 500g))
  • 2 Tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup of leek (cleaned and sliced diagonally about 1/2 inch wide)

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, mix the pork slices with all the seasoning ingredients. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Lightly grease the inside of the cake barrel.
  • Put the marinated pork sliced inside the cake barrel. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 8 minutes, stirring once in the middle
  • Add the leek to the pork and mix. Air fry again at 380F (190C) for another 4-5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
