Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound pork shoulder (thinly sliced (about 500g))
- 2 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup of leek (cleaned and sliced diagonally about 1/2 inch wide)
Instruction
- In a large bowl, mix the pork slices with all the seasoning ingredients. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Lightly grease the inside of the cake barrel.
- Put the marinated pork sliced inside the cake barrel. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 8 minutes, stirring once in the middle
- Add the leek to the pork and mix. Air fry again at 380F (190C) for another 4-5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
