Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 cups Farfalle
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 1 cup Bacon (cut into strips)
  • 1 Leek (cut into rings up to the light green part)
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan (grated)
  • Basil (chopped)

Instruction

  • Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
  • Heat the butter in a pan and quickly fry the bacon. Add the leek and the garlic and fry for a few minutes.
  • Mix the pasta with the bacon and leeks, season with ground black pepper and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
