Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 cups Farfalle
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 cup Bacon (cut into strips)
- 1 Leek (cut into rings up to the light green part)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan (grated)
- Basil (chopped)
Instruction
- Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
- Heat the butter in a pan and quickly fry the bacon. Add the leek and the garlic and fry for a few minutes.
- Mix the pasta with the bacon and leeks, season with ground black pepper and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
