Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 250g jasmine rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 onion, medium, diced
- 1 cup bacon rashers, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 pinch pepper
Instruction
- Heat rice as per microwave instructions.
- Heat oil in large pot. Add bacon and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add onion and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Add frozen corn and peas. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Make room in the middle of the pot, add the eggs and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add the garlic, soy sauce, pepper, chicken stock cube and rice. Stir until mixed through.
