Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 10 oz bag of Scoop type nacho chips
- non stick spray
- 15 oz Hormel chili
- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Line unbroken scoop chips on parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray
- Cook for 3-4 minutes and remove from oven
- Gently spoon a thin layer cream cheese into the bottom of each chip, followed by chili and then the cheddar cheese
- Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediatly
