Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 10 oz bag of Scoop type nacho chips
  • non stick spray
  • 15 oz Hormel chili
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line large baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Line unbroken scoop chips on parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes and remove from oven
  • Gently spoon a thin layer cream cheese into the bottom of each chip, followed by chili and then the cheddar cheese
  • Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediatly
