Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup raw honey [or equivalent of any other sweetener]
  • 1-2 tbsp dried lavender buds

Instruction

  • In a small saucepan combine water, honey and lavender buds and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling lower heat to a simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature (about 1 hour) to let flavors infuse.
  • Strain out lavender from syrup using a small colander or cheesecloth.
  • Store lavender simple syrup in fridge for up to 1 month.
