Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup raw honey [or equivalent of any other sweetener]
- 1-2 tbsp dried lavender buds
Instruction
- In a small saucepan combine water, honey and lavender buds and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling lower heat to a simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature (about 1 hour) to let flavors infuse.
- Strain out lavender from syrup using a small colander or cheesecloth.
- Store lavender simple syrup in fridge for up to 1 month.
