Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- CHEESE/MEAT MIXTURE
- 1 can(s) spicy refried beans, 16 oz.
- 1 can(s) regular refried beans, 16 oz.
- 1 can(s) meaty chili, 15 oz.
- 1 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 package(s) taco seasoning mix
- 1-2 cup(s) cheese (of your choice, I use cheddar and pepper jack)
- 1 jar(s) nacho cheese dipping sauce, 15 oz.
- TOPPINGS
- - bag of tortilla chips of your choice
- 2 cup(s) lettuce, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1-2 - tomatoes, diced
- 1 can(s) sliced olives
- - sour cream
- - salsa
- - anything else that sounds good
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350* F.
- Prepare ground beef with taco seasoning. (I like to add a little onion, and jalapeno, but it's not necessary).
- In a bowl, combine chili and the two cans of beans.
- In a large glass pan spread out bean mixture.
- Top with the browned meat.
- On top of meat and bean layers, glop on and spread out the nacho cheese.
- Then add a shredded cheese layer.
- Place in oven and bake for 15-30 minutes. Until cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and serve over chips. Family can add as many or as few toppings as they choose.
