The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • CHEESE/MEAT MIXTURE
  • 1 can(s) spicy refried beans, 16 oz.
  • 1 can(s) regular refried beans, 16 oz.
  • 1 can(s) meaty chili, 15 oz.
  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 package(s) taco seasoning mix
  • 1-2 cup(s) cheese (of your choice, I use cheddar and pepper jack)
  • 1 jar(s) nacho cheese dipping sauce, 15 oz.
  • TOPPINGS
  • - bag of tortilla chips of your choice
  • 2 cup(s) lettuce, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1-2 - tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can(s) sliced olives
  • - sour cream
  • - salsa
  • - anything else that sounds good

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350* F.
  • Prepare ground beef with taco seasoning. (I like to add a little onion, and jalapeno, but it's not necessary).
  • In a bowl, combine chili and the two cans of beans.
  • In a large glass pan spread out bean mixture.
  • Top with the browned meat.
  • On top of meat and bean layers, glop on and spread out the nacho cheese.
  • Then add a shredded cheese layer.
  • Place in oven and bake for 15-30 minutes. Until cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and serve over chips. Family can add as many or as few toppings as they choose.
