Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 250 gm paneer cut into fingers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 to mato
  • 4-5 cashews
  • 6-7 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1 tbsp whole garam masala
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp freshly roasted and powdered kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • sugar to taste (optional)
  • 1 tsp tandoori masala

Instruction

  • heat the ghee. cook onions, tomato, garlic, cashews and whole spices with some water till mushy.
  • puree the cooked mixture with curd and return to flame. Cook with all the dry spices except kasuri methi till it leaves the fat
  • add the paneer and milk. bring to a boil till it thickens. add the kasuri methi.
  • Serve hot with crisp rotis
