Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 medium tomatoes (seeded and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups))
  • 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
  • juice of half a lime
  • generous pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger (I used the stuff in the tube, use more if using fresh)
  • couple shakes cayenne sauce like tabasco
  • black pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instruction

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Cover and place in the fridge for an hour or so.
