Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 medium tomatoes (seeded and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups))
- 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
- juice of half a lime
- generous pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger (I used the stuff in the tube, use more if using fresh)
- couple shakes cayenne sauce like tabasco
- black pepper to taste
- chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instruction
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover and place in the fridge for an hour or so.
