- 1 to 2 packages ((8 slices per package) New York Texas Toast)
- 2 cups part-skim shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instruction
- Cook Lasagna according to the directions on the package.
- Let cool 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, bake the Toast according to the directions on the package.
