Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2/3 cup well-stirred tahini, see notes above
- 2/3 cup white balsamic vinegar, or other
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 2 to 3 teaspoons salt, see notes above
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or to taste
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Instruction
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor, and purée until smooth. Transfer to a jar and store for at least 2 weeks in the fridge.
