  • 2 tablespoon Sliced Almonds
  • 1.5 cups Water (pre-heated)
  • 1/3 cup Jaggery (grated or broken to small pieces, reduce to 1/4 cup for lightly sweetened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder (Elaichi)
  • 1 pinch Saffron (Kesar) (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Pistachios (sliced, to garnish)
