Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 28 ozs lamb (from the leg, without the bone)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 0.875 cup Greek yogurt
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
Instruction
- Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Thread the meat onto wooden skewers and place in a flat dish. Mix the salt, pepper, lemon juice, oregano and olive oil together, then brush over the lamb kebabs. Cover and leave to marinate for 2 - 3 hours.
- Remove the kebabs from the marinade and place under a hot grill. Grill on all sides for 5 - 6 minutes.
- To make the sauce wash the cherry tomatoes. Season the yoghurt with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and add the cherry tomatoes. Serve the lamb kebabs together with the garlic sauce and cherry tomatoes.
