  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp Garlic (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (grated (optional) )
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary (fresh chopped (or 1 tbsp dried) )
  • 1 tbsp Thyme leaves (fresh chopped (or 1/2 tbsp dried) )
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Broth (or wine)
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter ((optional for a richer flavor) )
