Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 46 ozs Lamb neck
  • 2 onions (sliced)
  • 4 carrots (roughly sliced)
  • 4 potatoes (thickly sliced)
  • 5 cups lamb stock
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • salt
  • peppers

Instruction

  • Preheat the slow cooker if necessary – see manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Trim the meat of any excess fat.
  • Layer the meat with the onions, carrots and potatoes in the slow cooker pot.
  • Mix the stock with the thyme, salt and a pinch of pepper and pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until the meat is very tender.
