Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 46 ozs Lamb neck
- 2 onions (sliced)
- 4 carrots (roughly sliced)
- 4 potatoes (thickly sliced)
- 5 cups lamb stock
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- salt
- peppers
Instruction
- Preheat the slow cooker if necessary – see manufacturer’s instructions.
- Trim the meat of any excess fat.
- Layer the meat with the onions, carrots and potatoes in the slow cooker pot.
- Mix the stock with the thyme, salt and a pinch of pepper and pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until the meat is very tender.
