The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 lamb loin chops
  • 4-5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided

  • 2 cups flageolet beans, picked over and rinsed
  • 1 head of garlic, halved horizontally
  • 1 onion, peeled, quartered
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut in large chunks
  • 3 thyme sprigs, tied in cheesecloth
  • 1 bay leaf
