Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 5.5 cups lamb (e. g. collar, diced)
- 4 onions (diced)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 2.5 cups Meat stock
- 3.333 cups floury potatoes (diced)
- salt
- peppers
Instruction
- Heat the oil in a large pot and fry the meat. Once done, remove from the pot and fry the onions and carrots for 2-3 minutes.
- Replace the meat in the pot and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the stock and simmer on a low heat for 45 minutes with a lid on.
- Add the potatoes and simmer for a further 45 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper and serve.
