Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 packages ladyfingers (instead of a pie crust)
- 2 packages Shirriffs Lemon Pie Filling and Dessert Mix (made according to package directions)
- whipped cream
- berries, any kind
- icing or powdered sugar - for dusting
Instruction
- Grease bottom and sides of a spring form pan.
- Line bottom and sides with lady fingers, pretty side out! You know, the sugar side!
- Prepare both packages of Lemon Pie Filling according to package directions. I use Shirriff's brand Lemon Pie Filling and Dessert Mix but any brand will do!
- Wait 5 minutes and make meringue from 2 egg whites, (directions on side of pie filling).
- Fold meringue into pie filling.
- Let set in the fridge overnight.
- Serve with whipped cream, berries or a dusting of powdered sugar. Enjoy!
