Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp grapeseed oil or peanut oil
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 300g skinless sashimi-grade snapper fillet, pin-boned
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced on an angle
Instruction
- To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients, except the snapper and spring onion, in a bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside until ready to use.
- Using a sharp knife, very thinly slice snapper on the diagonal into 5mm-thick slices. Arrange snapper on plates, then drizzle with dressing and garnish with spring onion to serve.
