- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. vegetable cooking oil
- 1 thumb ginger (, chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (, chopped )
- ½ tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. a small pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
