Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (a good brand like Ghiradelli)
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Instruction

  • In a saucepan combine the butter, chocolate chips, corn syrup and vanilla.  Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.  Remove from heat.
  • Mix in the salt and powdered sugar.
  • Add in the Rice Krispies.
  • Stir and press into a greased square pan.
  • Refrigerate until set and then cut into squares and serve.
