Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound pork chops ((about 500g))
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-2 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce (optional)
- 3 Tablespoon sliced green onions
- 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instruction
- Marinate the pork chops in all the ingredients (except sesame seeds and green onion) in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before air frying.
- Put the pork chops in the parchment paper-lined fryer basket without stacking. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 15 minutes until the meat temperature is at least 165F (64C).
- Sprinkle some green onion and sesame seeds to serve.
