Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound pork chops ((about 500g))
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 Tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-2 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce (optional)
  • 3 Tablespoon sliced green onions
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instruction

  • Marinate the pork chops in all the ingredients (except sesame seeds and green onion) in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before air frying.
  • Put the pork chops in the parchment paper-lined fryer basket without stacking. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 15 minutes until the meat temperature is at least 165F (64C).
  • Sprinkle some green onion and sesame seeds to serve.
