Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3/4 Cup Lite Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 3 Tbsp White vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp White sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 5 Cloves Garlic (diced)
  • 1/2 Whole Large yellow onion (sliced)
  • 3 Lbs Flanken cut beef short ribs

Instruction

  • Mix the soy sauce, water, and vinegar into a large flat container. Next, mix in the remaining ingredients and mix until the sugar is dissolved. Put the ribs into the marinade. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours or up to overnight.Either prepare your outdoor grill or a cast iron skillet on medium-high heat.Remove ribs from the marinade, shake off excess, and discard the marinade. Grill until the meat is no longer pink - should be about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
