  • 300 ml White Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Sugar

  • 6 Peppercorns
  • 3 Small Red Onions sliced
  • 2 Baguettes or whatever bread you like
  • 1 small bunch Coriander
  • 1 Lime sliced into wedges
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Carrot
