Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound pork belly (with or without skin, (about 500g) cut into thin slices)
- 2 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoon minced ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon Korean hot pepper paste (Gochujang, or to taste)
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoon toasted white sesame seeds
Instruction
- Prepare the marinade by mixing all other ingredients. Use 3/4 of the marinade to marinate the pork belly for at least 30 minutes and save the rest for later use.
- On a lightly greased aluminum foil, air fry the pork belly slices at 380F (190C) for about 12 minutes, stir about 2 times in between, until the meat is cooked through.
- In the meantime, use a saucepan to heat the remaining of the marinade on the stovetop. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens. When the pork is done, toss with the sauce.
- To serve, sprinkle some sesame seeds and garnish with cilantro leaves or chopped green onion.
