  • 1 cup store-bought kimchi (I like Wildbrine)
  • 1/2 english cucumber, thinly sliced into ribbons or rounds
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
  • toasted sesame seeds (optional)
  • black sesame seeds (optional)
