Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 pound ground beef (or ground meat of your choice) (about 500g)
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce (**see note) (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup zucchini (julienned)
  • 1/4 cup steamed carrots (julienned)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup scallions

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, corn starch, and Korean BBQ sauce. Marinate for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the carrots and zucchini to the bowl, and gently mix.
  • Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased cake barrel and use a spatula to spread them out a bit. Air fry at 380F (190C) for 8-10 minutes, stirring twice in the middle until the ground beef is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds and scallions to serve.
