Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 lbs. beef short ribs (sliced)
  • 3/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 apple (grated)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 tbsp. chili paste (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Green onions (sliced)

Instruction

  • In a bowl, combine the coconut aminos, raw honey, grated apple, garlic, ginger, chili paste, and olive oil.
  • Mix everything until well combined and pour over the short ribs.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 8 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the short ribs for 4 to 5 minutes per side, basting with the remaining marinade.
  • Serve the short ribs topped with sliced green onions.
