Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 lbs. beef short ribs (sliced)
- 3/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 apple (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 tbsp. chili paste (optional)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Green onions (sliced)
Instruction
- In a bowl, combine the coconut aminos, raw honey, grated apple, garlic, ginger, chili paste, and olive oil.
- Mix everything until well combined and pour over the short ribs.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the short ribs for 4 to 5 minutes per side, basting with the remaining marinade.
- Serve the short ribs topped with sliced green onions.
