Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 13.8 oz can pizza dough
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked & shredded)
  • ¾ cup Korean BBQ Sauce (divided - click link for recipe)
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh scallions (chopped)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Toss the chicken in ½ cup Korean BBQ sauce.
  • Spread ¼ cup of Korean BBQ Sauce on the pizza dough.
  • Top with the Korean BBQ chicken.
  • Place the sliced mozzarella over the chicken, top with the red onion.
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top with the fresh cilantro and scallions.
